Are you interested in a long, fulfilling personal training career?
Do you truly want to deliver a great service to your clients?
Do you want to evolve from where you currently are business-wise and not have to worry about meeting “quota” for the month?
If so, you’re in the right place.
While I am now a personal training facility owner (Essers of Los Angeles), I started off as a strength and conditioning intern and over the past decade have seen just about everything in this industry.
I know what to do, and more importantly, what NOT to do, when it comes to building a successful personal training career.
Whether you have yet to embark on your personal training career, are working in a commercial gym, doing mobile training, or are a facility owner yourself, my mission is to help you go beyond where you currently are so that you can attain the professional and financial level that will allow you to happily thrive doing what you love.
I primarily work with professionals newer to the industry (1-3 years), but that doesn’t mean we can’t work together if you are more of a veteran.
So what exactly do I help you do and how does it work?
#1: You fill out a coaching application
This allows me to determine if you are an ideal client (e.g. hard-working, passionate, etc.) and if I can actually help you.
#2: I call you and we have a 20-30 minute discussion (totally free) about where you currently are in your career, where you want to go, and what you want to work on
#3: We decide that we would be a great fit to work together
I become your official coach. We develop a custom game-plan based on what we initially discussed (no pre-set program or system that you get lumped into). We have a 1-hour career call on Zoom each week. You also have my cell for any questions or if you just need a quick pick-me-up.
#4: You accelerate your career, get better results for your clients, make more money and end up light years ahead of the rest.
How is this different from other fitness “biz” coaches?
I’m glad you asked.
#1: I’m a career coach, not a business coach
You have plenty of options out there If you are looking to get rich quick. I can’t blame you. It’s all tempting stuff.
While I will help you with your business and am a business owner myself, I’m also still coaching real people 20-25 hours a week. I’m a strong believer in the art of coaching and developing elite coaching and programming skills.
After all, it’s not really ethical to be able to sell someone at a premium into what is clearly a crappy program.
Part of being a well-rounded fitness PROFESSIONAL is being able to have your business on lock AND be a great coach. I help people like you get on the right path in the industry and get to where every fit pro wants to be (happy and fulfilled) faster.
Need help with your resumé for a great coaching position that opened up?
Want to rise to the top of your commercial gym and become the go-to person for delivering results and building business? (if you haven’t yet, drop your email above and you will get a free guide to dominating your commercial gym)
Want help in figuring out how to manage your finances as a successful coach/facility owner?
That’s what I do.
#2: I’m accessible
For me, this is a passion project. I want to give back to an industry that has given me so much. I would have loved to have had a mentor devoted to my success, guiding me in the right direction, and holding me accountable.
With this coaching right now, it’s just me. You won’t have to jump through hoops to get in touch with me or be put into a pre-set system designed to churn through as many people as possible.
I will actually care about your unique situation and give you everything I can to be successful.
You want to text me? Cool, do it. I’m always on my phone these days anyway.
If I ever feel at a point where I can’t deliver the quality necessary, then I won’t take on anyone else until I have the organization in place to handle it.
If you have any other questions about what I can offer you, please send me a message here.
And if you’re ready to seriously explore this, go HERE to the application.
I look forward to working with you and taking your personal training career to the next level!
