Deadlift Without Back Pain
It gets pretty old seeing deadlifts vilified for blowing out the backs of 78.9% of all humans*.
Deadlifts are dangerous. I won’t disagree with that.
But so is anything worth doing in life. You just need to set yourself up for success and do things the right way and you’ll probably be ok.
In the case of deadlifts, you will be more than ok.
You will be a greater version of yourself. One that has a much stronger posterior chain, less fat, more muscle, less chance of getting injured, and better posture.
